- We aim to dispatch all custom orders within 6-7 weeks, except during sale periods when processing may take up to 8 weeks.
- Estimated delivery times are guidelines starting from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance at the destination.
- Once items have been dispatched, we cannot redirect orders.
For all deliveries, a porch or door delivery without signature may be conducted in line with international shipping standards. Once the order is delivered to the specified address, responsibility for the purchased goods passes to you.
If a third-party recipient (e.g., a gift) is specified, evidence of delivery at the provided address fulfills our obligation.
