Delivery & Return
Refunds will be made only in accordance with the terms herein and in the form of store credit, only. Such refunds would be processed within 5-7 working days of the acceptance for refund request in case the product has not been delivered to You and within 5-7 working days of receipt of product by Us in case the product had already been delivered to You.
Any request for return/exchange must be placed by You within 24 hours of delivery by Us. No requests placed beyond this period would be entertained.
Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or returned along with the original invoice for store credit, provided they meet Our terms and conditions. All exchanges, including change of size are subject to availability and Our specific confirmation. Any product exchanged once will be considered as customised and not be eligible for further exchange. In case of a refund or exchange, a restocking fee will be charged @15% of the MRP of the product.
